BONBADAK DREAM

This cave was wide - the widest cave I have been into. The cave provided coolness from the hot temparature outside and would provide shelter in a storm. Whatipu Caves is a 20 minute walk from Omanawanui Track carpark.

The river itself is beautiful with so many native trees. During one section of the walk, a river can be seen cascading down large stones, placed perfectly by Nature.

At 5.30 pm on Monday night I slowly parked my car at my gym ready to attend class. A bystander standing next to my car noticed my tyre was flat and pointed it out to me. 🙏 I had been driving with a flat tyre.

It was a dream being on the island.

Looking out over the water coming in from both sides. The Pacific Ocean bringing itself into the west coast beaches and sweeping wide into Manukau Harbour. You would never know it is only 1 hour from Auckland CBD.

A 6 km trail run of the Arataki Loop located in the Waitakere Ranges in West Auckland. Starting the morning in nature with the morning sunlight is something I always love. Waking up fresh and making the most of my day is something I want to do for the rest of my life.

Breathe in the fresh air. Pause. Stare at the soft morning light penetrate through the giant trees.  I ❤️ Redwoods Forest.

The beauty and difference of this run was that it was not about time or winning. Instead of me trying to run against time, it was about how many laps of the lake I could do.

Over time, the cup grew on me. I started to like the look of it. It no longer appeared cold, but warm. One day, I made the bold move and took it down from the upper shelf of the cupboard...

When I get home from work, I walk upstairs and unload my heavy bag and gym gear. However, this week I was so tired I didn't feel like going straight upstairs. Usually, I would plow through, and even if I was dog tired, I would go upstairs.

It's nice, as ultimately both of them could not fake it forever, eventually their true selves shine through.

In the mornings, it is lovely, as the sun pours into the deck and through the windows. The cafe is popular at morning tea and lunchtime, with CBD workers frequenting the place.

Michelangelo never explained what his famous painting meant. Scholars believe the painting depicts the biblical moment when God breathes life into Adam, the first man.

Because I was the oldest sibling in my family, he was like an older brother.

I ask you to guard the letters as long as necessary, years, decades, until society is advanced enough to accept what I will explain below. There is an extremely powerful force that, so far, science has not found a formal explanation to. It is a force that includes and governs all others, and is even behind any phenomenon operating in the universe and has not yet been identified by us.

A few years ago, I was volunteering, doing promotional work. I was handing out brochures to people on the street and letting them know about the meditation I do. I met people from all walks of life.

Before meditation, I experienced "Ground Hog Day" every day. Just like Bill Murray's classic comedy, every day seemed the same. It was like being stuck inside a boring television repeat. After meditation, each day can be a new day.

Spending time in Whangarei and looking for something to do? If you like the outdoors, then hiking up Mount Manaia might be a good option. Mount Manaia is a 35 minute drive from Whangarei township and is a relatively easy walk.

Behind her age was a true soul who let go on the dance floor, not caring about what others thought.
