Grateful To See My Mind

Yesterday I made a mistake.
When I made the mistake, I had angry delusional thoughts in my head.
The thoughts in my head caused me to act in a reckless way and make the mistake.
I wanted to blame someone.
Shortly after the event, I could see that it was my own angry mind that had caused me to act badly. I knew I needed to meditate and look after myself.
I went to the meditation centre and participated in a 1-hour session.
My mind felt clearer after meditation.
My day today went smoother than yesterday.
I am grateful for this meditation method that allows me to see my mind.
I recommend this meditation to live a better life.
