Alarm goes off, roll out of bed, make my way downstairs.
Wash face and drive to work.
Stuck in the same traffic as yesterday, arrive at work same time.
Everyone is sitting in the same place, acting the same as yesterday.
Work is the same as yesterday.
Today seems like yesterday.
And yesterday seems the same as the day before that...

Before meditation, I experienced "Ground Hog Day" every day.
Just like Bill Murray's classic comedy, every day seemed the same.
It was like being stuck inside a boring television repeat.
After meditation, each day can be a new day.
Each day, gratitude can be found.
The method I found enabled me to break free from the "ground hog day" effect.
Meditation enabled me to let go of my past and future worries.
Life is completely different being free from the past.
Summary of 'Ground Hog Day' movie starring Bill Murray
A cynical weatherman, Phil Connors, gets stuck reliving the same day—Groundhog Day—over and over in a small town. At first, he indulges in selfish pleasures, but eventually, the endless loop forces him to reflect, grow, and change. Through kindness, humility, and love, he breaks free from the cycle and becomes a better person.
A very funny movie - worth a watch.
