BONBADAK DREAM

I was inspired by Tommy Emmanuel's rendition of 'Over The Rainbow'. A simple video of him playing acoustic guitar so perfectly, in finger-picking style, the colours, highs and lows - it's well worth a listen!

At midnight, after my meditation, I walked down the hallway with a smile. A big emotion had left me, and my mind was crystal clear. I went to sleep joyfully.

Over time, the cup grew on me. I started to like the look of it. It no longer appeared cold, but warm. One day, I made the bold move and took it down from the upper shelf of the cupboard...

When I get home from work, I walk upstairs and unload my heavy bag and gym gear. However, this week I was so tired I didn't feel like going straight upstairs. Usually, I would plow through, and even if I was dog tired, I would go upstairs.

A few years ago, I was volunteering, doing promotional work. I was handing out brochures to people on the street and letting them know about the meditation I do. I met people from all walks of life.

I recently became more aware of my money mind and inferiority related to it. I've noticed when I talk about money my voice gets quieter.
