Joy in my eyes

Grateful for beautiful morning

Grateful for the new presents and thought put in by everyone

Grateful to be present

Grateful to see how negative I am

Grateful to see that I judge whether the present received is ‘up to my standard’

Grateful to mum’s amazing cooking

Grateful for the morning swim

Grateful to play Christmas games together

Grateful to realise my mum has tried hard to create fun for me and my brothers and people

Grateful to see how egotistical I am

Grateful to the Truth

Grateful to know I am not good

Grateful to see the world without as much judgement as last Christmas

Grateful there is hope I can change
