So, how can we find gratitude?

Gratitude Journal

Journaling is a great way to build gratitude.

1. Purchase a journal / diary

2. Every day write down one or a number of things you are grateful for that day.

For example:

  • Today I am grateful for the togetherness I experienced at the beach

  • Grateful for the beautiful morning swim

  • Grateful to go to the movies with friends

  • Grateful to my brother who made me my lunch sandwich

  • Grateful to laugh with my brother's girlfriend

  • Grateful to be able to accept someone's opinion

  • Grateful to see I have negative judgments towards others that are hurting that person and myself

  • Grateful that I could help someone else

Even I changed from someone who was never grateful to someone who is finding the amazing benefits of gratitude.

Feelings of joy and happiness.

If you keep writing every day, you will see a change.
