Today I will show you how to make a delicious and healthy Banana Turmeric Smoothie!!
Well actually, it has Apple, Soy milk, and Ice too!
Let's go!
Ingredients
1 banana
1 apple, cored and cut into pieces
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 cup soy milk
1 cup of ice
Blender
Directions
1. Put chopped banana and apple, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one cup of soy milk*, and ice into a blender.
2. Blend all together in a blender for 30 seconds.
Enjoy!
*Soymilk can be replaced by your favourite milk (Oat Milk also tastes good).
It also tastes great chilled in fridge the next day - :)
