I have recently returned from a changing habits program at a place called Ease Land, in sunny Florida.
On a deep level, I could self-reflect and see my habits and behaviors.
A big weight has been removed from my heart area.
I have more space inside my chest area and forehead.
A positive energy each new day.
My goals for 2024:
Meditate for 5 minutes in the morning before work and 5 minutes before sleep
Exercise Monday - Friday
Toastmasters = for self-confidence and speaking in business meetings
Gratitude journaling every night before sleep 5 minutes. What did I do for the people around me today? How can I help the people around me?
Music = compose and record one new song with my brother in a studio
