Today’s post is about how meditation has helped me in the lead-up to Christmas.
December is the busiest month of the year for me: work, family, stress…
I think a lot of people are in the same boat.
We want a rest, right?
Time to meditate
I have been following a meditation method of throwing away the self and cleansing my mind.
Through regular meditation, I have been able to go through this month much better than in the past.
My rushing habit has eased and I feel comfortable.
I can focus on my work and do what I need to do.
It’s a miracle.
I sincerely hope you find peace within yourself.
NOTE:
If you want peace of mind, I recommend you follow a guided meditation program because meditating by oneself is actually very difficult, and it gets boring too.
When you meditate in a group the energy is greater and you can do it together.
